## Tools
- npi_lookup (free): FREE. Look up a US healthcare provider by NPI number or name (+ state): specialty, status, practice address — top 3.
- provider_search (Pro): PRO. Providers by specialty (taxonomy text, e.g. 'Dentist', 'Physical Therapist') + city/state/ZIP — up to 200, for recruiting, sales and referral networks.
- batch_verify (Pro): PRO. Verify up to 50 NPIs: active status, name, specialty, address — for credentialing, billing and payer onboarding.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://us-npi-lookup-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://us-npi-lookup-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://us-npi-lookup-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
